Challenging tech entrepreneurs to present a stylish product at an accessible price.
British fashion brand Topshop launched an innovation program called Top Pitch to discover emerging tech startups and bring fashionable and functional wearables into mass market retail.
Entrepreneurs and startups from around the world can apply to the month-long bootcamp program developed in collaboration with tech investment company L Marks, and receive coaching from mentors from the fashion and technology world on how to bring their product to market.
The teams will pitch to Sir Philip Green, chairman of Topshop’s parent company Arcadia Group, and the most promising one will get the chance to secure equity investment and the possibility to see their product launch in Topshop stores in the future. Applications are open through May 22 and the program is set to begin on June 13.
